Why the name “KEAS”?
Simply, it’s the first initials of my family: Kevin, Kristin, Knox, Esmae, Adelynn, and Sage. I’ve structured my work and life to ensure I am present and giving them my best (on most days). Personal life affects the professional life and vice versa. That’s why when I work with leaders, I provide space for them to process both because they simply can’t be at their best if one of them is suffering.
